To mark the sixtieth anniversary of the founding of the journal, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Eugénie Brouillet, and the journal's editor, Sylvette Guillemard, are pleased to announce the creation of an award for the undergraduate students at the Faculty of Law, Le Prix Les Cahiers de droit. It will be presented each year to a student who produces a text of outstanding quality as part of the course Recherche dirigée et rédaction d'écrits juridiques I (DRT-2204) or Recherche dirigée et rédaction d'écrits juridiques II (DRT-2205). The winner of the award will receive a one-year subscription to the journal and the winning text will be made available on the websites of the Faculty of Law and the journal Les Cahiers de droit.

OBJECTIVE
The award, Le Prix Les Cahiers de droit, will be presented each year to a student who produces a text of outstanding quality as part of the course Recherche dirigée et rédaction d'écrits juridiques I (DRT-2204) or Recherche dirigée et rédaction d'écrits juridiques II (DRT-2205). The award will be made after the texts submitted have been assessed by the journal's editorial team.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERION
- A final mark of A+, A or A- for the course DRT-2204 or DRT-2205 given in the fall 2014, winter 2015 or summer 2015 session.
APPLICATION
Each application must include:
- The text produced during the course DRT-2204 or DRT-2205
- A letter of recommendation from the faculty member who supervised the work
- The student's identification number and the mark obtained.
DEADLINE
There is no electronic application form.
